My scientific work is focused on theoretical and numerical studies of quantum turbulence, mainly based on the Gross-Pitaevskii equation. I’m interested in the properties of two- and three-dimensional turbulence, characterized by the presence of inverse or forward energy cascades and the generation of coherent structures. I am also interested in the vortex dynamics of some generalized models Bose-Einstein condensates and superfluid helium, which include a non-local interaction potential between bosons and a high order nonlinear expansion according to beyond mean field models.
